Coach Transfers
Cost: $25 one way transfer / $50 return transfer
A coach will depart from Adelaide Domestic Terminal at 11:00 AM on Tuesday 14 November 2023. Please ensure that your flight arrives prior to 10.30 at the latest. The journey takes approximately 1.5 hours. A pickup will also occur in the city of Adelaide and details will be sent to those that have booked and paid for transfers closer to the time. Flight details will be requested for those that book for the airport pick up.
The return coach will depart from the Novotel Barossa Valley at approximately 12.45 pm on Friday 17 November 2023, arriving at Adelaide Airport at approximately 14:30 (at the latest) and then going on to Adelaide City (if required).
Please note that these are the ONLY transfers offered for delegates. All other arrival or departure times outside of these set transfer times will be at your own expense and independent arrangement
General Information
CANCELLATIONS
Cancellations must be advised in writing to the Conference Secretariat by 16 September 2023. There is an $150 cancellation fee. Refunds will only be issued in exceptional circumstances after this date, but substitute delegates are acceptable. Cancellations must be made in writing and sent to our Meeting Manager, lara@themeetingpeople.com.au. Verbal changes or cancellations cannot be accepted.
If, on medical grounds, you are unable to attend the Meeting, you must notify us in writing by email lara@themeetingpeople.com.au.
PAYMENT OF FEES
Payment can be made by credit card (via secure online registration only with MasterCard or Visa only). Please contact the Secretariat electronic banking transfer details. All registrations need to be submitted via the online registration and they will be acknowledged by return email. If you do not receive a written acknowledgement upon the completion of your online registration, please contact the Secretariat to ensure that your details have been received.
Credit card charges appear as The Meeting People Pty Ltd - Colonel Light Gardens on your card statement – a third party contracted by the 10th Barossa Meeting Organisers to manage the registration process. When using the online payment system credit cards are processed directly by Westpac Payway and The Meeting People does not store or transmit your credit card details. Westpac Payway is a secure PCI compliant platform.
All fees are in Australian Dollars and contain Australian GST. Payment can be made by credit card (via secure online registration only) or by request for a Tax Invoice to pay via EFT to:

FEDERAL GOODS & SERVICES TAX (GST)
Australia has a Federal Goods and Services Tax (GST) of 10%. Overseas delegates are not exempt from paying this tax. All fees and costs quoted in the brochure are GST inclusive. The Meeting People Trust is registered for GST - the ABN is 14 568 939 746. Upon payment online you will receive a tax invoice.
LIABILITY
In case of industrial disruption or other external events causing disruption to the meeting, the Local Organising Committee, 10th Barossa Meeting Organisers and the Meeting Managers accepts no responsibility for loss of monies incurred by delegates.
PRIVACY
Personal information, as defined under the national privacy legislation, The Privacy Amendment (Private Sector) Act 2001, will be treated in accordance with the National Privacy Principles and only shared with related or third parties in accordance with those principles.
